We use Australia Post to deliver baskets. Postage and Handling costs will be calculated at check-out. Please choose from Regular or Express Post. Once posted, we are not responsible for any delays, loss or damage.
We deliver to Victoria, New South Wales, ACT, South Australia & Queensland only as we don't send plants to the Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania due to quarantine restrictions. If you are in NT, WA or Tasmania and wish to purchase baskets only, please contact us.
If for some reason you are unhappy or have changed your mind about the basket that you have purchased with us, you may return the item at your cost for a refund within 30 days (30 day return policy is for online orders only), minus Postage & Handling fee. For a refund to be applicable a proof of purchase must be obtained and the basket must still be undamaged and unused. See our Delivery page for more information.
If you have chosen to pickup baskets and are not happy with them upon pick up, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be mis-priced. We reserve the right to refuse to honour any incorrect prices.
